On the afternoon of September 22, Dai Wenting, the technical director of the marketing department of Genedenovo Biotechnology Co., Ltd., came to our school for an exchange and lecture. In the 2101 conference room of the International Genome Center, he gave a lecture entitled "High-throughput Sequencing and Multi-omics analysis-the application of spatial transcriptome analysis in the field of medical biology" lecture. The report attracted many teachers and students from the International Genome Center and the Medical School. At the report meeting, Director Dai Wenting first introduced the concept, experimental process and application of spatial transcriptome sequencing technology, and then introduced the design ideas of the spatial transcriptome sequencing project through several cases. After the report, Director Dai Wenting and the teachers and students of the center conducted in-depth discussions on the experimental design and data processing of high-throughput sequencing.
