On October 30th, Professor Subrata Chakrabarti from Canada was invited by the International Genome Center to give a presentation titled "Decoding RNA(s) in search of a cure for diabetic complications" in the F609 meeting room of the Leisi building. Faculty and students from the School of Life Sciences attended the presentation.
The presentation was chaired by Professor Su Zhaoliang, the Vice Dean of the School of Life Sciences. Professor Subrata Chakrabarti introduced his team's latest research and findings in a simple, easy-to-understand, and engaging manner, focusing on the regulatory functions of RNA in diabetes and its complications. Professor Su encouraged young scholars to actively explore, seek the truth, enthusiastically answer questions from faculty and students, and inspire everyone with thoughts and reflections on scientific research.
