  Research Skills:
  1.Diagnose diseases with MRI and CT: Skilled in diagnosing various diseases with MRI or CT,especially in tumor diseases.
  2.Animal experiments: Isolate fresh bone marrow cells and liver cell from mice and rats.Prepare tumor models in nude mice . Tail vein injection of virus and plasmid
  3.Cell and Tissue culture: Skilled in culturing various tumor cell lines, blood cells, fetal liver cell, bone marrow stromal cells, adipose cells. Transfer target genes or siRNA into the cell by transfection reagent or viral vecor.
  4.Immunocytochemical techniques: Histology on cell and tissue section; ELISA. Viral techniques: Make and produce adenovirus and lentivirus.
  5.Molecular biology techniques: Design and make vectors, cDNA cloning and characterization,prepare DNA and RAN samples and characterize them, PCR, RT-PCR, quantitative Real-Time PCR, Site-directed mutagenosis.
